I’m unable to open some internal tools or intranet pages when using Parallel Browser Isolation. The same sites work fine on my regular browser. Could the isolation settings be blocking access to internal resources?
Hmm, that could be the case. I know Browser Isolation can be really strict with external and internal connections to keep things secure, so it might be limiting access to certain sites or resources by default.
Yeah, I was thinking it might be something like that. I don’t want to weaken the isolation settings too much, but I also need access to those tools.
Exactly, it’s a balancing act. You could check the isolation settings to see if there’s anything that’s restricting internal sites or add those sites to a trusted list if that option is available.
I’ll take a look at the settings and see if I can adjust anything. Just wasn’t sure if anyone else had run into this.
I haven’t had the issue myself, but it makes sense that isolation could block certain resources. Hopefully, you can tweak it without compromising too much on security.
Yeah, I’ll try adjusting the settings and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice!
