I’ve been using Parallels Browser Isolation for a while now, but recently, some of the web pages I visit aren’t rendering correctly. It looks like some elements aren’t loading as expected. What could be the issue?
I have few possible causes and solution also please check all points and let me know if this helps you:
- Isolation Settings: The security settings in Browser Isolation might be blocking certain content (like scripts, plugins, or media). Check if the settings are too restrictive and adjust them accordingly.
- Compatibility Issues: Some websites may not fully support the isolated environment or could have compatibility issues with certain web technologies used in the virtualized browser. Try accessing the same site outside of Browser Isolation to see if the issue persists.
- Outdated Version: Ensure that you are using the latest version of Parallels Browser Isolation. Updates often fix rendering issues and improve compatibility.
- Internet Connection: A weak or unstable connection can cause incomplete page loading. Check your network and ensure stable connectivity.
- Clear Cache: Cached data can sometimes cause display issues. Clear your browser cache within the isolation settings and try reloading the page.
