Parallel RAS Gateway connection issue

I’m unable to connect to my Parallels RAS Gateway, and users are receiving the error message: “Gateway not reachable.” I’ve already checked the network connectivity and firewall settings, and everything seems fine. Could there be an issue with the RAS configuration or certificates? How should I proceed to resolve this?

That definitely sounds like a configuration issue. Did you check if the gateway service is running?

I haven’t checked that yet. Where can I verify it?

Open the RAS Console, go to Site > Gateways, and check if the gateway is online. If it’s stopped, try restarting the service.

Okay, I’ll do that and what about certificates?

If you’re using a custom SSL certificate, make sure it’s valid and correctly bound. Go to Secure Gateway Settings and rebind it if needed.

And one more thing please check if the RAS agent on the gateway is connected to the farm. If not, you might need to reinstall or reconfigure it. Also, reviewing the gateway logs or running the Diagnostics Tool in the RAS Console could help pinpoint the issue.
