License Availability Issues in Parallels DaaS

I recently added more users to our Parallels DaaS setup, but now we’re receiving errors saying that no additional licenses are available, even though we have the necessary license for the new users. Please let me know what steps should I take to verify the license usage, and how can I ensure that the new users are able to access their virtual desktops?

can you please, check the Licensing section in the Parallels RAS Console to verify how many licenses are in use and available. Ensure there’s no mismatch or expired license and Make sure the new users are assigned to the correct desktop pool and that the virtual desktop licenses haven’t been exceeded. Also, ensure the license sync is up-to-date by forcing a refresh in the Licensing settings.
