How to hide App Icons, if the users have no access-rights for the application?

Hi, it is possible to hide Icons from Apps, for users who don’t have the right to use them?

Or do i have to create for every combination of applications, a separated desktop theme?

I have same situation. We are using other RDS solution, and this is basic features to give access to published icon, but so far, I haven’t this option. Is this limitation of this product?

you can hide app icons for users who don’t have the right to use them/ or you don’t want to show them without creating separate desktop themes. for this you have guys have to follow below steps.

  1. User Permissions (Windows/macOS/Linux): Use built-in user roles and permissions to restrict access to specific apps for different users.
  2. App Management Tools (MDM): Use tools like Microsoft Intune or Jamf to manage app visibility based on user profiles.
  3. Custom Launchers (Android/ChromeOS): Use custom launchers to hide apps for specific users on Android or ChromeOS devices.
