How to ensure that my PSW is fully secure or not

please help me out with how can I ensure that my Parallel Secure Workspace is fully secure when employees access it from mobile devices or work remotely? Are there additional layers of security I should implement?

That’s definitely a valid concern, especially since remote work and mobile access are more common now. First things first, we need to ensure that only authorized people can access the workspace. Have you considered implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Oh, yeah. I’ve heard of MFA. That sounds like a good place to start. So, basically, employees would need to verify their identity through something like a password and then another method, like a code sent to their phone, right?

Exactly! It adds an extra layer. But also, if you’re using multiple apps within the workspace, you could look into Single Sign-On (SSO). That would let employees log in once and gain access to everything securely without needing multiple sets of credentials.

Yeah, that would definitely make things easier for users. But what about mobile devices? I’m especially concerned about them because employees often access the workspace on their phones. Should we be worried about that?

absolutely. Mobile devices are more vulnerable to security issues. That’s where Mobile Device Management (MDM) comes into play. You can enforce policies like requiring device encryption, which ensures that if a phone gets lost or stolen, the data stays protected.
