I’m currently using Parallels RAS 20 but am experiencing issues. I would like to downgrade to Parallels RAS 19. Could someone guide me through the process or provide any necessary steps or considerations for the downgrade?
I am not sure there is a downgrade path from 20. That being said, I am curious as to what issues you are running into with 20 that would warrant a downgrade
After upgrading, i am facing issues such as unstable sessions, difficulty accessing resources, or slower application launch times compared to their experience with RAS 19.
