How to access Published application via local user

I have implemented Parallel RAS on my Server1 and install Parallel Client in my friends Desktop but when i try to access published application of RAS that i publish on my server1 i am facing error like “Please check remote connection is turned on”
while its on

Did you double-check if remote connections are enabled on Server1?

I made sure it’s turned on. It’s still giving me the same error, though.

Could it be a firewall issue or maybe something with the connection settings? Have you tried checking the RAS settings again?
