Facing difficulties with License Limit

I am receiving license limit warnings, even though the number of active sessions is within the limit. What could be causing this, and how do I resolve it please let me know?

This can happen due to unused or “stuck” sessions consuming licenses. Here’s what you can do:

  1. Check Active Sessions:
    In the Parallels RAS Console, go to Sessions and verify if there are any disconnected or idle sessions still consuming licenses.
  2. Force Logoff:
    If you find inactive sessions, try logging them off to free up licenses.
  3. Verify License Configuration:
    Ensure the license settings in the RAS Console match the actual license count you have purchased.
  4. License Synchronization:
    Sometimes the system needs to refresh. In the Licensing section, force a synchronization to ensure the system reflects the correct license count.
  5. Logs Review:
    Check the RAS logs for any warnings or errors related to license usage to identify if there’s a deeper issue.
