Do not remove setup

Good afternoon,
I wonder if there are any settings that will not allow the user
remove the configuration made in Parallels?
I created the connection, but the user while holding the connection (edit configuration) to change login and password
just click remove and delete the settings you have made.
After trying to redo the settings, these are not saved, even if the save / connect click is not performed

I need to uninstall Parallels, restart andriod and reinstall the app.

Is there any way to not let the user remove it?

Hmm, that sounds frustrating! So, you want to lock the settings so the user can’t delete or modify them, right? Unfortunately, Parallels doesn’t have a built-in “lock” feature for individual configurations, but you could look into a couple of things to minimize this issue.

One option is to check if the app has any kind of “admin” or “permissions” settings where you can restrict changes to the configuration. Another option is to consider using a third-party Android management tool, like an MDM (Mobile Device Management), which could help lock down settings and prevent the user from deleting or modifying configurations.

That’s a good idea. I haven’t checked if there’s an admin option for restricting changes, but using an MDM tool sounds like it could be a good long-term solution. I’ll look into that. Thanks for the suggestion!

You’re welcome! I think the MDM route would give you more control, especially if you have to manage multiple devices or configurations. Hopefully, one of these options works out for you! Keep me posted on how it goes.

Will do! Thanks again!
