Difficulties in Extending C Drive with Recovery Partition

I cannot extend my c disk. My extra space is after a recovery partition of 450MB that appears to be empty. So can I delete it and then extend the c drive with my free space? Here is my state from disk management:

steps you can take to extend your C: drive:

  1. Backup Data: Ensure you have a backup of important data before making changes.
  2. Check Recovery Partition: Verify the recovery partition is empty or no longer needed. You can do this by right-clicking the partition in Disk Management and selecting Properties.
  3. Delete Recovery Partition: If the recovery partition is not needed, right-click it in Disk Management and select Delete Volume to free up space.
  4. Extend C: Drive:
After deleting the recovery partition, you should see unallocated space.
Right-click the C: drive in Disk Management and select Extend Volume to add the unallocated space to your C: drive.
